Bald Eagle Software Technologies is led by President Dr. Jae Young Bang — a software engineer, researcher, and educator who holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California (USC) with dissertation research in software engineering and architectures, has authored dozens of highly-regarded academic publications, and holds US patents in software technologies. He currently serves as Software Technology Expert & CEO of Cyberonix.

His professional career includes experience as a software engineer in industry as well as years of work as a technology consultant. Dr. Bang has extensive experience in software litigation consulting, serving as a technical expert on patent disputes, trade secret cases, breach-of-contract matters, and class actions involving some of the world's most prominent technology companies. He also provides executive technology advisory services, guiding organizations on software engineering practices, technology strategy, and M&A technology due diligence.

Dr. Bang is dedicated to advancing the field through education. He serves as Adjunct Faculty at USC Thomas Lord Department of Computer Science, where he earned his graduate degrees, and has also taught at the University of California, Irvine. His teaching reflects the same rigor and depth of knowledge that defines his professional work.
